Engagement Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Services
    Alejandra León Studio provides creative direction, spatial styling, architectural visualization, and cinematic property experiences.

    All work is conceptual and visual in nature. Services do not include licensed architectural design, structural engineering, physical construction, or physical staging installation. Where technical architectural, engineering, or physical installation services are required, clients are advised to collaborate with appropriately qualified, licensed professionals.

  2. Fees & Payment Structure
    Projects are offered on a fixed-fee or custom proposal basis as outlined prior to commencement.

    – Cinematic Property Experiences ($250 CAD): 100% full payment is required upfront to initiate production.
    – Spatial Styling & Staging Direction ($600 CAD) and Architectural Concepts ($1,500+ CAD): A 50% non-refundable commencement fee is required to reserve studio scheduling and initiate work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion prior to final, unwatermarked delivery.

    All fees are presented in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST/QST) are additional where required.

  3. Revisions & Refinement
    Each engagement includes one (1) consolidated round of revisions strictly based on the initial agreed scope. A consolidated revision is defined as a single compiled list of minor adjustments provided by the client after receiving draft deliverables.

    Additional revision rounds, major directional changes, extra room requests, or expanded deliverables beyond the initial scope will be quoted separately as an addendum or new project engagement.

  4. Client-Supplied Assets & Permissions
    The client represents and warrants that they hold all necessary ownership rights, copyright clearances, and licenses for any photographs, architectural drawings, floor plans, video clips, logos, or reference materials provided to Alejandra León Studio.

    Alejandra León Studio assumes no liability for copyright or intellectual property claims arising from client-supplied assets.

  5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
    All underlying creative methodologies, draft renders, 3D digital assets, and conceptual frameworks remain the intellectual property of Alejandra León Studio.

    Upon receipt of final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish and distribute the final delivered imagery, video reels, and presentation documents for commercial marketing, listing promotion, portfolio showcases, and social media.

  6. Timelines & Turnaround
    Estimated turnarounds (such as 3 business days for Cinematic Property Reels) begin only after all required client assets, briefs, and initial payments have been received by the studio.

  7. Limitation of Responsibility
    Our services are designed to elevate visual presentation, emotional resonance, and spatial narrative. While crafted to maximize market appeal, no specific financial, real estate sales price, or commercial performance outcomes are guaranteed.

  8. Governing Law
    These terms and all studio engagements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
