Engagement Terms

1. Scope

Alejandra León provides private advisory services focused on sensory perception, spatial experience, and brand refinement.

Each engagement is defined individually.
Deliverables, scope, and timelines are outlined prior to commencement.

2. Fees 

Projects are offered on a fixed-fee basis.

A 50% commencement fee is required to initiate the work.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

Engagements are reserved once payment is received.

3. Refinement

Each project includes up to two rounds of refinement.

Additional requests or directional changes beyond the agreed scope
may be considered as a separate engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Alejandra León.

Upon completion and final payment,
clients are granted full usage of the delivered material
for their space or brand.

5. Responsibility

The work provided is advisory in nature.

While it is designed to elevate perception and experience,
no specific financial or commercial outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Jurisdiction All engagements are governed by the laws of Of Canada.
