Terms of Service

Last Updated: Feb 08 2026

1. Scope of Services Alejandra León (the “Consultant”) provides bespoke conceptual strategy, brand architecture, and heritage activation services. Services are provided on a fixed-fee project basis (per package). The specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate “Statement of Work” or “Visionary Blueprint” agreement.

2. Fees and Payment Terms To ensure the highest level of dedication, a non-refundable commencement fee of 50% of the total package price is required to initiate any project. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final strategic roadmap. The Consultant reserves the right to suspend all services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule. All payments are final.

3. Revisions and Scope Each package includes up to two (2) rounds of refinements on the draft deliverables. Any requests for additional work, features, or significant pivots in direction outside of the original Statement of Work will be treated as a “Scope Addition” and will require a new, separate project fee.

4. Intellectual Property All proprietary methodologies, including “The Blueprint” framework and “Soul Audit” processes, remain the sole intellectual property of Alejandra León. Upon receipt of final payment, the Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual license to use the specific narrative and brand strategy created for their asset.

5. Limitation of Liability The Consultant provides strategic and creative advisory services. While every effort is made to ensure brand elevation, the Consultant does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, GOPPAR increases, or market performance. Alejandra León shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, arising from business decisions made by the Client.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
